Random Act Of Kindness Fund

My business model is a bit different to the norm. It’s really important to me that my REAL Circles are financially accessible to all, and - this bit feels uncomfortable but I stand by it - it’s also important to me that I get paid for my work. Enter, the Random Act Of Kindness Fund! 

Lovely people donate into the RAOK Fund, either by adding a pound or more onto their Circle ticket payment, or by making a one-off donation of £10, £20 or occasionally £50. It all adds up and it all makes a difference. Other lovely people use the RAOK fund by ticking the box on the booking form to pay what they can and the RAOK Fund tops up the ticket payment.

The RAOK fund is a pot of money that exists because people are kind and generous. It exists because people believe in REAL Circles (thank you 🙏) and because they, too, want to ensure that there’s no financial barrier to accessing the space, solidarity and support that a REAL Circle offers. So, if you want to be at a Circle, we’ve got you ❤️ you can pay what feels comfortable (from zero pounds upwards!) and the RAOK Fund will top up your ticket payment. Just tick the RAOK Fund box on the booking form, no questions asked. 

Between Jan 2021 and August 2025, the RAOK fund was paid into 124 times and paid out for tickets 121 times - it is very active! I’m so grateful to all the wonderful humans who donate to it and all the wonderful humans who use it to enable them to come. You’re all showing me that this way of doing things works 🙏
